WARNINGS

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C away from Children and direct sunlight. This product is a nutritional supplement and not medicine. Do not take if allergic to any of ingredients, if pregnant or lactating. Not to be taken in conjunction with blood thinning medication unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner. Discontinue use prior to surgery in consultation with a healthcare practitioner.

Directions for use:
Take 1 capsule in the morning and 1 at lunch time. Can be increased to 5 a day in consultation with your healthcare practitioner.

How long before I feel positive benefits from Brain Tonic - Memory?
Depending on your age, level of fitness, health, weight, diet and lifestyle you will start to experience positive benefits 1 day to 5 weeks from when you starting using the supplements.
