NETWORK DISTRIBUTOR PLAN
of Smart Supplement’s Brain Tonic (referred to in this document and hereinafter as SSBT).

1. THE SSBT DISTRIBUTOR PLAN.

1.1 All distributors buy from SSBT at the same prices. Each sets their own retail prices.
Suggested retail prices are advised.

1.2 The basic profit comes from the difference between the price you buy at and the price you sell for.

1.3 Additional income comes from building your network. You can introduce (sponsor) new distributors to SSBT. When they are approved and buy stock from SSBT to sell, you receive a percentage of the value of their product purchases from SSBT.

1.4 The people that you sponsor personally are called your first level downline.

When they sponsor new distributors you get a percentage of the purchases of these distributors too. They are called your second level downline.

The same applies to your third level downline.

1.5 Downline rewards are NOT paid for starter kits or promotional materials.

1.6 The rewards paid for purchases by each level below you are currently:

1st level downline: 10% excluding VAT
2nd level dowline: 5% excluding VAT
3rd level downline: 2,5% excluding VAT

1.7 You are encouraged to build your own 1st level downline with excellent rewards from the people you have personally sponsored and can work most closely with. You also guide them in building their sales and their downline, which both bring you good rewards.
