Omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), an essential brain food, which can only be obtained from a few cold water sea fish. This is the brain’s most important nutrient. Omega 3 fatty acids also have stress relieving properties. Stress is distracting and has a negative effect on concentration and thought processes. Some people call Omega 3 fatty acids “the calm of the deep”.
Magnesium: The symptoms of magnesium deficiency are nonspecific and include poor attention, memory loss, fear, restlessness, insomnia, tics, cramps and dizziness.
l-Theanine, directly stimulates the production of alpha brain waves. These brain waves are associated with an alert, yet relaxed state.
l-Tyrosine, taken during exposure to stress, improves mood, decreases stress-related complaints and enhances mental performance.

WARNINGS

Store in a cool dry place below 25°C away from Children and direct sunlight. This product is a nutritional supplement and not medicine. Directions for use:
